All design, art and lettering was done by myself. The line art was scanned, colored and graytoned in Photoshop, imported into Illustrator for Lettering. All logos were built in Illustrator.

The book was compiled for printing, using QuarkXpress, preflighted and provided to Brenner Printing of Texas on dvd media.
